Transportation - We are conveniently located near the 7th Ave/9th Street train station (F and G trains), the 2 and 3 trains by Grand army Plaza and the B67 Bus stop on 7th Ave.

Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Brooklyn, NY so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurances that are PPO plans, however, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Park Slope Dental does not participate in HMO or DMO dental plans. With regard to plans that we are not in network with, we can accept the insurance payment, however please contact our office to understand the patient responsibility.

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. Please see our Financial Coordinator should you require assistance with a balance.

Financing Options
We offer financial options such a CareCredit. This program is a zero or low interest plan that allows you the luxury of completing your dental needs without the finanicial restrains upfront.
